The Role

As senior store manager your role will include but not be limited to:

• Reporting Directly to Owner
• Identifying customer requirements and establishes rapport with potential customers
• Maintaining and marketing merchandise
• Effectively coordinating all aspects of the stores performance
• Management, development and mentoring the team
• Managing costs in line with business operations
• Understanding and driving key performance indicators
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through partaking in all educational development
